The cottage has sleeping capacity for 42 people, available to hire separately or as a group booking ;
- On the 2nd floor : 5 rooms with capacity for 14 people (each with bathroom) and a small reading room.
- On the 1st floor, a high-standing area, entirely private including two children rooms with two bunk beds each and two double rooms en suite, a vast living room with wood parquet “Versailles” from the castle of Chevalier d’Eon, a kitchen and a dining room decorated with a wallpaper “Views of North America” from Zuber (wallpaper that can be see in the Oval Office of the White House in Washington).
- On the ground floor : a reception room up to 55 people and vast professional kitchens.
- A small independent cottage with two double rooms, a bathroom and a small kitchen
- A dormitory with 16 beds
